Refund policy

Instore purchases- You may return unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with original labels and tags attached within 7 days for a full refund or within 14 days for exchange or store credit. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Returns/ exchanges will not be accepted without original receipt or gift receipt. The Basin Apparel Company reserves the right to deny refund/ store credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Online purchases are Final Sale- No Return/ No Exchange/ No Exceptions

Gift cards are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
